What does migration from our current system look like?
We import data from SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo and more. For Pro, migration is included; for Enterprise, a dedicated implementation team.
Where is the data hosted?
By default in an EU data center. On Enterprise you can pick your region.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. For Enterprise, quarterly and annual pre-billing is available.
What if we exceed the user limit?
Add users any time — they are billed pro-rated to the end of the cycle. No limits on Pro and Enterprise.
